ISOLCLAD® is available in 2-PLY, 5-PLY and 7-PLY multilayer configurations for self-adhesive technical insulation cladding.
Depending on the version, the construction combines pure aluminium, PET films, adhesive layers and UV protection to meet different application and performance requirements.

ISOLCLAD® is a self-adhesive protective cladding for technical insulation on insulated pipes, ducts and technical equipment used in cooling, HVAC, refrigeration, heating, building services and industrial applications.
Typical applications include data center cooling, chilled-water pipework, HVAC and refrigeration systems, heating installations, service shafts, industrial insulation and hygienically sensitive environments.
ISOLCLAD® can also be used for sealing seams and joints of aluminium-faced insulation systems and for large-area lamination of mineral wool, fiberglass facings and industrial foam products.

ISOLCLAD® is a self-adhesive multilayer cladding for technical insulation with high temperature resistance, low water vapour permeability, strong adhesion, UV resistance and mechanical durability.
Key technical values: −40°C to +130°C temperature resistance · <1 g/m² × 24h water vapour permeability · >10,000 h UV resistance · >10 N/cm adhesion · >200 N/15 mm tensile strength.
Additional properties include cold-weather resistance, chemical and ageing resistance, puncture and tear resistance, a solvent-free adhesive system and tool-free installation.

Yes. ISOLCLAD® can be used for sealing seams and joints of aluminium-faced insulation systems and for large-area lamination of technical insulation materials such as mineral wool, fiberglass facings and industrial foam products.
ISOLCLAD® 7-PLY has a specified temperature resistance of −40°C to +130°C. The specified application temperature range is −20°C to +30°C.
ISOLCLAD® 7-PLY is designed for demanding outdoor technical insulation applications and incorporates UV protection for exposed environments. ISOLCLAD® can also be used for indoor applications.
No additional adhesive is required. ISOLCLAD® incorporates an integrated self-adhesive system thanks to it's cross-linked polyacrylic adhesive layer and can be cut, adapted and installed on site without special expensive application tools.
ISOLCLAD® is available in different colours and surface finishes, including White, Silver, Grey, Black and Silver Embossed. Availability may vary depending on the selected product version and configuration.
ISOLCLAD® is available in 2-PLY, 5-PLY and 7-PLY multilayer configurations for different application and performance requirements. The standard roll format is 600 mm wide × 50 m long. Custom widths are available on request up to 1000 mm.
